Done now.
Files are in V-codecs/MJPEGS/mjpeg-b

I fixed the ffmjpegb codec to take care of padding byte between sos and  
image data.
I set it as working also because the current default binary codec for  
mjpb (m3jpeg.dll) does not work anymore (evaluation version expired).
