I think there currently is no intendend behavior... I did not yet get
around to fix/improve/test OpenGL on Windows lately. But I can't
remember that weird behavior... I want to fix fullscreen
switching anyway, it currently recreates the GL context and whatever, that takes more
that 0.5s on my PC which I find unacceptable...
