I think you can try to make an educated guess what MSGT_ level it
should be from similar files and the directory where the code is in.
Otherwise it should be MSGT_FIXME.  It would be a pity, though if
these small obstacles would stop you from tackling this project.

You can skip the manual page for now.  I have reviewed it on paper and
just need to find a moment to commit the changes.  You can tackle it
later if you wish, but atm it would just be a duplication of efforts.

Yes, please subscribe to -docs.  This kind of discussion belongs there
and all the documentation changelogs (except for tech/) are sent
there.
