Missing comma - "up to date, etc.". "etc." is standing in for further
items in the list, which would be set off with a comma.

Another missing comma with "etc."; also, "Update" not capitalized.

Shouldn't "checkout" be "check out"? The only argument I can think of
against it is that "checkout" is an actual CVS command, and personally I
don't think that that's enough of a reason, but others might disagree.
