[Mplayer-cvslog] CVS: main/libmpdemux demux_mkv_old.cpp, 1.54, 1.55

If I am not wrong this file is used by external matroska.
It would be good to have it, at least for regresion test.
Or maybe in case matroska developers deside to extend something?
