This patch broke asf streaming. See for example
http://cgi.omroep.nl/cgi-bin/streams?/tv/nos/journaal/bb.laatste.asf

I get SIG11 both with and without -playlist. Works ok if you revert  
this patch.

Someone who understand this code can please have a look at the problem?
