I have spoken up in the past against revoking CVS access.  IMHO no dev
should be punished if he has done good work in the past and learns from his
mistakes.  It's OK to make mistakes, as long as they're new ones.

This does not seem to be the case here, so I agree to suspending his CVS
access until he at least appears here to make some sort of statement.

Yes.  But I think we need to strike a balance since mistakes will always
happen even if you take care and sometimes devs will be tired, have a bad
day or whatever.  Our rules should be explicit, not all of them are ATM, I
added the rule that you should subscribe to -cvslog to cvs-howto.txt after
we realized that adamka was not.
