The prob here is, that noone beside a few know enough about
the internal of mplayer to decide which patches are ok and which not.
Also we dont have that many active code maintainers whcih know
a subsystem.
And now, as Alex and Arpi are busy with other things, nobody
sends commends about patches.

Maybe we should starte to enforce the maintainer status more
strictly (yes, there is a maintainer assigned to every file)
by a patch management system or something similar.
