While we're at it, there should be some stream specific info packet,
something like optional stream header. It would be nice to store for
example channel order of audio (l,r,lfe,...) and probably others.

Secondly some 'menu system' support is needed imho too, as it's a quite
nice feature for interactive movies (and matroska supports it too :)
