I take everything back, the libfaad part of the faad tarball compiles
fine. When I first wrote those instructions I did not know that only
the libfaad directory was necessary, when I updated it to only compile
that dir I did not bother to check where exactly the compile had
failed back when I first tried. Sorry Dominik.
