external libFLAC wasn't supported, but commited patch contains parts
necessary to support decodint via libFLAC. Historically, I wrote
decoding via external FLAC lib, and then, I found, that it's big &
 bloated & 450k from it is enough to decode (removed encoders, file
 and seekable stream encoders, etc.).
