OK. I commited additional check. Feel free to remove all files, except

defs.h
dither.c
dither.h
private_fast_float_math_hack.h
replaygain_synthesis.c
replaygain_synthesis.h
Makefile
.cvsignore

But since decoder in lavc doesn't exist, I don't think it will be a good
 idea.

If you tell me, that I still have to remove libmpflac, I'll do that.
