On the samples i had A/V sync seemed ok (might be a problem with longer
stuff). But the biggest problem is seeking wich is completly impossible
as the avi header is plain wrong (and i doubt that it can be "right").
It's a big stupid hack but mplayer ran play those things by
chaining/joining avi and ogg demuxers.
