Update of /cvsroot/mplayer/main/libmpcodecs

Modified Files:
	vf_detc.c 
Log Message:
new version of the de-telecine filter, largely rewritten. should work
much better. please report if there are any cases where the old one
worked better. the docs could also use some nicer formatting...
