That's one annoying audio pts bug down, but there's still another
nasty one left...whenever seeking in ogg files, audio time resets to
0. Apparently the seek function in demux_ogg needs to set
sh_audio->delay, but I have no idea where that should be done or what
delay should be set to, and I don't want to break .ogm a/v sync by
doing something random... :(

Any ideas?
