BTW, some of this code isn't yet optimal, but it seems bug-free and
runs a plenty fast even on my slow box. If any problems come up I'll
fix them.

BTW2, we should make -spuaa 20 (=4+16) the default so mplayer is the
only player with subs that don't look horrible. :))))
