I never thought it would be commited as it contains many things 
that are not 100% sure.

yeah, I included the freshmeat changelogs and release notes from 
ml afair, the rest has to be added by someone who knows or one 
need to manually gather information from the ml. From earlier 
versions there aren't nice complete ChangeLogs available afair.
