No. AFAIK d_width/d_height don't have anything to do with desired
crop/expand size. However, crop/expand filters should update them to
preserve correct aspect for the vo. Also my vf_halfpack halves the
height of the image, but it leaves d_height untouched; the reason
should be obvious.
