The .mov demuxer insterts this header into te first chunk, so you'll get it.
Anyway, it doens't start with 00 00 01 20 but contains it. Mayeb the first
few bytes are junk and should be stripped? Feel free to modify the 'esds'
parsing at deux_mov.c:773.
