PS: keep in mind that ffmpeg still contains alot of other ineffective 
encoding code so it shouldnt yet reach divx4/xvid quality ... (ME is very bad 
indeed as it seems limited to +-16 vectors and i get 2kbit frames even though 
they are not changed at all (zero difference) ... they should only need a few 
hundred bits at quantizer=1, ME should allways favor the predicted & zero 
vectors ...
ill rewrite the ME perhaps :)
