yes, color keying is disabled ...
i just copied the code from radeon driver and modified it so it could work 
but it seems that color keying is never enabled in vidix ... ?!
i just hacked it in ;) until vidix supports it ... or nick explains me how 
colorkeys are supposed to work in vidix
