Morgan MJPEG DirectShow decoder loads VfW Morgan DLL and for that
we need to set win32_codec_name for DrvOpen (called from ICOpen which
one is called from Morgan DS DLL)

Morgan DShow -> ICOpen -> DrvOpen -> Morgan VfW
