this is wrong, you mix up aspect value in mpeg header with -aspect switch 
value, value in the mpeg header is only an identifier which is mapped to the 
correct aspect in mplayer.
right would be -aspect 4:3 or -aspect 1.3333 and -aspect 16:9 or -aspect 
1.7777.
