[MPlayer-advusers] mencoder reads wrong frame rate flag from Quicktime files

fixing demuxer lavf for the binary codecs would seem like a nicer long
term solution
what is the problem?, extradata format?

Its not that you shouldnt use gotos but rather that you should write
readable code and code with gotos often but not always is less readable
