[MPlayer-advusers] [BUG] r7617 in livavformat breaks MPlayer compilation

r7616 unconditionally enables by removing "no longer needed #ifdefs"
at least seven demuxers (dc1394,dv1394,ogg, etc) regardless of
required libraries availability.
This breaks MPlayer compilation with error like
"libdc1394/dc1394_control.h: no such file or directory"

Temporary solution:
./configure --disable-demuxer=dc1394_demuxer --disable-demuxer=dv1394_demuxer

2diego: ./configure update needed (autodetection, at this point all
CONFIG_*_DEMUXER=yes in config.mak), i think.
