Oh, I always thought both passes should always use *exactly* the same cmdline 
options.  Does that mean it was my error to give vb_strategy=1 for the second 
pass, too?  That'd be an evil trap. ;-)  I hope mplayer overwrites that 
automatically in the future.  (Again, I am at work and can't check that right 
now.)
