That's a different problem. wmv over rtsp is not implemented yet,  
should be handled by live.com or maybe by mms code.
Some specs are available on sdp pages.
But if most streams work also with http we could think about a fallback  
as a temporary solution.

No similarities, that was a realrtsp stream (with challenge/ 
authentication), only a part of the data format was missing. Btw mp3 in  
rm works now, i just forgot to close the bugzilla report.
