  Your bugreport is useless. We could not reproduse your bug
as we don't know that are you doing. 
And according to you we have to fix bug in glibc!?@
Pleace send a full bugreport
as described in DOC/bugreports.html

btw, don't expect somebody with none cyrilic fonts to read your name.
