need a gui to easy cut with mencoder.<BR>But no just a frontend, i need some
tools showing me in real-time the <BR>current frame i'm selecting for
begin/end.<BR><BR>I know something like kmenc15 but it does not work with mpeg2
file i take <BR>from dvb.<BR>I need and want to cut before
