[MEncoder-users] Pullup problem for stubborn recording

I'm not able to detelecine one particularly stubborn recording. Instead of
getting 6 sets of 4 clean frames per second (pppp), my routine gives me 3
clean and one blurred (pppi). Here's a clip, if you'd care to help, please.

I normally use a filmdint operation to apply pullup, but "-vf pullup,
softskip" appears to yield pppii.

mencoder infile.mp4 -o outfile.mp4 -vf filmdint,scale=1280:720 -noskip -of
lavf -lavfopts format=mp4 -aspect 16/9 -nosound -fps 30000/1001 -ofps
24000/1001 -ovc x264 -x264encopts
