[MEncoder-users] some minutes delay between audio and video

Heiko submitted a bug report that may be related. 

The issue is sync failing when encoding to Mpeg2 or HUFFYUV using LAVC.  In my case, it started about June of 2011.

Not saying your issue is the same, but maybe...
