[MEncoder-users] MEncoder skips duplicate frames even with -vf harddup and -noskip

Oh... I had tried with -mc 0 too. Did I not include that in the lines I
typed in my message? Sorry about that. But yes, I did try it and it did not
work. Anyway, I have already achieved the result I wanted, even if I did it
by other means.
