[MEncoder-users] MEncoder skips duplicate frames even with -vf harddup and -noskip

Thank you! FFmpeg did the trick.
I still find it strange that MEncoder drops the duplicate frames from the
original mp4 when I tell it to keep them, but if it's no longer being
maintained, I suppose I'll stick to FFmpeg from now on, or at least use
FFmpeg whenever MEncoder does not behave as I expected.
