ffmpeg -i FILE.flv -acodec copy FILE.aac

ffmpeg -i FILE.flv -acodec copy -vcodec copy FILE.mp4
or
ffmpeg -i FILE.flv -acodec copy -vcodec copy FILE.mkv
?
