[MEncoder-users] mencoder does not inverse telecine properly; inccorect ofps framerate

-vf pullup,softskip,harddup -ofps 24000,1001 worked like a charm. I mistakenly thought
that harddup was only if you wanted to maintain 29.97 fps, but it's necessary even for the
framerate conversion. Also it didnt make a difference whether sound was included or not
