I'll include my entire command line, but I think I already explained how it
was derived, except that I failed to mention that I also added -mc 0. I
couldn't execute the command with your options until I removed one of the
adjacent colons, I only got an error message. Adding global_header appears
to be the only change that was necessary to make the output file compatible
with QuickTime and the iPod Touch on my system (Mac OS X 10.6.2). The input
file is 1920X1080 h.264 with 6 channel AC3 audio in a .mp4 container. I'll
send you a link to a sample source file, if you like.
