[MEncoder-users] how do u set H264 video ID?

What is it with your obsession in setting a video ID??? Why are you so
obsessed with this??? How many times do people have to tell you that
video IDs are not that important and how many times do people have to
tell you that the first video stream in AVI container (which you're
outputting to when encoding with mencoder) is 0 ???

And was it not clear to you that the -vid option SELECTS the ID, it
does NOT set the ID and you cannot do that with mencoder either???

Seriously, read before posting silly questions that people already
have explained to you
