that is the way the camcorder was designed. that is the way that PF24 is 
encoded onto the 60i video stream.


there are about 6 sets of 5 frames to make 30 frames/sec. If I remove 
the duplicate frame, there will be 6 sets of 4 frames to make 24 frames/sec.
