They seem to be broken in such a way that MP4Box won't import them
(though they play just fine in Media Player Classic using Haali Media
Splitter), but mkvmerge will:
mvkmerge -o sbd.mkv sbd0.mp4 +sbd1.mp4

MP4Box won't take the resulting mkv file, but it plays fine.
