I misread it the first time, and you do indeed process both
simultaneously. A couple questions, though. Why do you have -mc 0  and
-noskip? Also, why do you have -ofps 24000/1001 without an IVTC filter?

BTW, it has been suggested that one use MP4Box instead of mp4creator,
though I can't remember why (and I can't find anything to refresh my
memory searching recent archives). Maybe someone can chime in.
