[MEncoder-users] g2m wmv video encoding problem

Hello,

I have problem with video encoding using mencoder. After processing 
video become black and white and bend like at the screenshot.
Before converting:

After converting:

Same time other videos in g2m format was successfully transfered.
The mencoder command I used was:

mencoder.exe  -o $outputfile $inputfile -ss 0 -endpos 1950 -srate 44100 
-mc 0 -ofps 25 -af volnorm -vf 
scale=640:-2,expand=:480:::,crop=640:480,harddup -of lavf -lavfopts 
format=flv -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=64 -ovc lavc -lavcopts 
vcodec=flv:vbitrate=512:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3

Same result with any other command I've tried , video become black and 
white and bended.
