[MEncoder-users] Send cookies with MEncoder before downloading a stream

I'm using 	MEncoder Sherpya-SVN-r30945-4.2.5	 on Windows, and
need to get it work on Windows...

Use latest SVN or (IIRC) run it on Linux. And yes I am quite certain this
was fixed some time ago.
