Do you have any idea what might make a pullup stratagy such as "-vf
pullup,softskip -fps 60000/1001 -ofps 24000/1001" result in every pair of
14th and 15th frames being duplicates as opposed to perfectly smooth 24 fps
(original is 60 fps telecined 1920X1080)?

While I'm at it, what is the largest compliant dimension for standard 16X9
mpeg-2 DVD? 720X480?
