[MEncoder-users] Bad performance with Linux 2.6.29?

	Has somebody tried mencoder with Linux kernel 2.6.29? I was
using it fine with 2.6.28 and the capture from the video card was great
at 29.97 fps, but now with 2.6.29 it struggles to stay at 29.97 fps.

	Here is the line I'm using:

/usr/local/bin/mencoder -tv
device=/dev/video1:input=3:norm=pal-m:amode=1:contrast=5:saturation=-10
-ovc x264 -x264encopts pass=1:bitrate=1500:subq=6:threads=4 -oac
mp3lame  -o /home/fraga/src/tvrecord-${TODAY}-${NOW}.avi tv://

	Something has changed in 2.6.29 to cause this impact on
mencoder.
