[MEncoder-users] Trouble cutting mpegs using an edl file

Yeah I figured that might be the answer.  Unfortunately that makes the
cut take forever.  I was hoping for a solution that wouldn't require an
encode.
I could see that the cuts might not be quite right but I am surprised
that I lose an hour or more of the programming that I want.
