[MEncoder-users] lavc 2-pass WMV2 to H.263+ conversion fails

Hi

A 2-pass conversion from WMV2 to H.263+ using lavc failed after 98%
on the second pass with the following error message :-

Assertion failed: picture_number<rcc->num_entries, file ratecontrol.c,
line 693

These are the commands I used :-

mencoder -oac pcm -ovc lavc -ofps 25 -lavcopts
vcodec=h263p:vbitrate=185:vqmin=3:mbd=2:trell:v4mv:last_pred=3:preme=2:pre
dia=4:dia=6:precmp=1:cmp=3:subcmp=3:vpass=1 -o "h:\Engaging_with_ME.avi"
"h:\torrents\engaging with me\Engaging_with_ME_-
_Professor_Malcolm_Hooper_February_2005.wmv"

mencoder -oac mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=40:aq=0 -ovc lavc -ofps 25 -
lavcopts
vcodec=h263p:vbitrate=185:vqmin=3:mbd=2:trell:v4mv:last_pred=3:preme=2:pre
dia=4:dia=6:precmp=1:cmp=3:subcmp=3:vpass=2 -o "h:\Engaging_with_ME.avi"
"h:\torrents\engaging with me\Engaging_with_ME_-
_Professor_Malcolm_Hooper_February_2005.wmv"

This happened with both the Sherpya p4-svn-29355 and GIT-81683a6-4.2.1-
sjlj-Kovensky-mt 20090624 builds of mencoder.
