Ok, I dont have ffmpeg, I have mplayer, I just played the video and the
output is this:
C:\MPlayer>mplayer Video.wmv
MPlayer 1.0rc2-4.2.1 (C) 2000-2007 MPlayer Team

Stepping: 2)

Compiled with runtime CPU detection.
Playing Video.wmv.
ASF file format detected.

AO: [dsound] 22050Hz 2ch s16le (2 bytes per sample)
Starting playback...
VDec: vo config request - 320 x 240 (preferred colorspace: Planar YV12)
Could not find matching colorspace - retrying with -vf scale...
Opening video filter: [scale]
VDec: using Planar YV12 as output csp (no 0)
Movie-Aspect is undefined - no prescaling applied.
[swscaler @ 00D4AEB0]SwScaler: using unscaled yuv420p -> rgb32 special
converter
VO: [directx] 320x240 => 320x240 BGRA
Also, how could I find out this fps option if I am doing the convertion in
the server after users upload video files?
