[MEncoder-users] edit list not starting at 0, a/v desync might occur, patch welcome

Hello,

Sorry for writing again.
Could I use "-vc" or  "-vfm" to decode this quicktime-video with a native
win32 dll in order to workaround this ffmpeg-bug?
Or are there some other tools around (for linux) to transcode this video?
