[MEncoder-users] conversion pb

Hello

I have some videos :
- container .mkv
- video h264
- sound : vorbis

I only need to convert ogg-->mp3. It seems really simple isn't it ?

I tried :
mencoder film.mkv -noskip -mc 0 -ovc copy -oac mp3lame -lameopts vbr=3 -o film.avi

but, with mplayer, the film.avi stop after e few moment.

What happens and what can I do to convert my .mkv (vorbis + h264) so they become .mkv (mp3 +
h264).
