[MEncoder-users] Trying to use Nero's AAC encoder, having trouble converting audio to intermediate lossless format

And/or output to a named pipe, then have the other process read from
that pipe in a separate terminal, so that the messages don't get
mixed... though I'm not sure how to go about doing that in Windows.
